CANCELLATION 

HQ Salon and Spa requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Any appointments not canceled within 24-hours of the appointment time, or an appointment that is not kept, will be charged to the gift card account.

 

APPOINTMENTS + CHILDREN 

Any client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is authorized to make decisions regarding the service.

Only guests receiving a service are permitted in the salon area. Adult visitors are welcome to wait in our lounge. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
